haizzz... sad la... its something like FAS(financial assistance scheme)
but its not, its call CAS
sian, those who wish to apply for this scheme must have the following:
-'O' level chinese got b3 and below
-constantly failing higher chinese
the following assistance would be provided:
-10 marks extra for every hcl test
-if you fail, you get 20 marks extra
-the more test you fail, more marks is added
if you dont know what the scheme is it is called 'CHINESE ASSISTANCE SCHEME'
